厦门顺丰快递发展策略研究
[摘要] 自从我国加入WTO,快递市场进入新的发展阶段,市场规模将进一步扩大。随着科学技术的迅猛发展和以互联网为标志的现代信息技术的逐渐普及,新兴的信息产业对快递业务的威胁日益显现,致使快递业务增长趋于饱和,在中国邮政和外资快递巨头的双方逐鹿之下,中国中小民营快递企业面临着激烈的竞争。本文通过厦门顺丰快递与中国邮政、DHL快递企业的比较,对厦门顺丰快递业务进行发展策略研究,从厦门顺丰快递的自身资源状况,分析其存在的问题,然后通过SWOT分析其优势、劣势以及机遇、威胁,最后制定发展策略,为顺丰在激烈的竞争中安稳发展起到一定作用。
