形觉剥夺下眼内形觉刺激的实验研究
摘要
目的本实验通过模拟不完全遮蔽,在具有背景光照明条件下,研究形觉剥夺眼的视网膜感光细胞前,眼睑睑结膜后的视网膜透明层、玻璃体、房水、角膜等细微结构物在视网膜上的成像特征,同时研究形觉剥夺在近视眼形成中起到的重要作用。方法选取合适材质,建立形觉剥夺的模拟眼,研究形觉剥夺的模拟眼的离图像采集卡不同距离上的物体在卡上的成像特征。结果根据实验结果显示,在形觉剥夺的条件下,模拟眼内的物体依旧可以在图像采集卡上成像。同时,模拟眼内的物体与图像采集卡的距离越小,其在图像采集卡上的成像越清晰,成像大小也越接近物体的自身大小。结论人眼在形觉剥夺的条件下,视网膜上仍然可以获得视网膜感光细胞前,眼睑睑结膜后的视网膜透明层、玻璃体、房水、角膜等细微结构物的成像,同时实验结果也间接证明了形觉剥夺是造成近视眼形成的主要原因。

The experimental study of the intraocular stimuli in the form deprivation
Abstract
Objective We will research the imaging features on the retina of the form deprivation myopia’s fine structure that includes the transparent layer of retina, which is before the retinal photoreceptor cell and after palpebral conjunctive of eyelid, vitreous, lens, aqueous humor, cornea and so on in the condition of bias light by simulating plete masking. At the same time, we will also research that form deprivation plays an important role in the formation of myopia. Methods Select the appropriate material and establish the simulated eye of form deprivation, to study the shape of the simulation of the eye from the image acquisition card in different distance on the image of the object on the card. Results According to the experimental results, under the condition of form deprivation, the objects in the eye can still be imaged on the image acquisition card. At the same time, the smaller the distance between the object and the image acquisition card, the images on the image acquisition card are more clear, and the image size is closer to the size of the object. Conclusion Human in form deprivation conditions, the retina can still obtain retinal photoreceptor cells, eyelid and palpebral conjunctiva after retinal transparent layer, vitreous and aqueous humor, cornea and o
