APPLICATION FOR THE RETURN OF FUGITIVES CHARGED WITH VIOLATION OF PAROLE
Name, Chairman of the Parole Board for monwealth of Virginia, hereby requests that the Governor of monwealth of Virginia issue a requisition for the return of a fugitive who was convicted of a felony in monwealth of Virginia, paroled and thereafter violated parole by absconding. I offer the following information to request that the Virginia law enforcement officer(s) cited herein be empowered as authorized agents to receive and return the fugitive to monwealth of Virginia.
In support of this application, I certify that:
The fugitive who is the subject of this application was in monwealth of Virginia at the time of mission of the crime.
In my opinion, the end of justice requires that this fugitive be brought to monwealth of Virginia at public expense for trial.
In my opinion, I have sufficient evidence to secure the conviction of the fugitive.
The Virginia law enforcement officer(s) who are proposed to receive and return the fugitive are qualified to do so and have no private interest in the arrest of the fugitive.
No other application has been made for a requisition of this fugitive growing out of the same transaction herein alleged.
This fugitive is not known to be under either civil or criminal arrest in my jurisdiction, except as set forth in this application.
