生态树屋设计初探——以南京江宁谷里大塘金项目为例.docx

摘 要
树屋是世界上最早出现的居住形式之一,但随着社会和时代的进步,地面建筑逐渐取代了这种古老的形式,它也渐渐地被人们淡忘。直到近年,世界各地再次出现了数百个造型和功能各异的树屋,欧美地区更是掀起了一股旅居在树屋的热潮,这也让它重新回到人们的视线里。
本文以“生态树屋规划设计初探”为题,通过文献阅读、基础资料收集分析、实例分类比较论证、实际工程设计探究等方法和手段展开研究。首先,分析了四个典型的现代树屋案例,对世界树屋案例进行了系统的分类研究,并分析了几个采用树屋理念设计的现代建筑案例。随后,论述了树屋空间构成设计的四个因素:空间的需求和动机、空间构成要素、结构形态和空间特性,提出营造符合人需求的树屋空间设计应从整体性、地域性、人性化、艺术化和生态化等多角度出发进行设计。最后,在树屋设计中引入生态理念,提出生态树屋设计中的系统观、设计理念、设计方法和评价指标,并以南京江宁谷里大塘金生态农业观光园生态树屋项目为例,详述了整个生态树屋的设计方法和设计过程。
本文聚焦树屋这个既古老又现代的建筑类型,将理论与实际相结合,通过大胆的设想,创新的思路,试图为树屋的发展提出新的方法和策略。希望本文研究成果是国内树屋研究工作的一个良好开端,对于今后从事树屋设计和研究的工作者具有一定的积极意义和参考价值。

ABSTRACT
Tree House is one of the world’s oldest housing form, however with the progress of society and times, the modern buildings gradually replaced this old form, and it has been gradually forgotten. Until recent years, hundreds of different shape and function of Tree Houses arise all over the world once again. In Europe and United States there is setting off a boom of living in the Tree House, which also makes it back to people’s attention.
Taking “A Preliminary study of Ecological Tree House Design” as title, the paper does research on Tree House by many kinds of methods, such as literature reading, basic data collecting and analysis, instances classifying parison, and project design. First, it analyses four typical Tree Houses and conducts a systematic classification of modern tree houses in the world, then it analyses a few modern buildings with applying Tree House designing concepts. Subsequently, the paper discusses four factors of Tree House position design: needs and motivations, space elements, morphology and spatial characteristics.
