摘要: 文章介绍了煤炭地质科研单位薪酬分配制度的现状以及发展的趋势, 通过分析煤炭地质科研单
位薪酬分配制度存在的问题在内、外部环境对煤炭地质科研单位薪酬分配制度改革的要求, 提出现阶
段煤炭地质科研单位在体制改革过程中薪酬分配制度改革的思路。
