有机太阳能电池开路电压机制研究
摘要
随着社会的发展,人类对能源的消费日趋增多。加之常规能源日益减少,人们开始寻求新的替代能源,太阳能作为一种有希望的能源而备受关注。在过去的几十多年中人们对光电转换的研究已经取得了显著的进步,光电池已经广泛应用于各个领域。有机太阳能电池是一种新兴的光电转换器件,它与无机太阳能电池相比,生产成本低、加工工艺简单容易进行工业生产、机械韧性好、再者有机分子结构多变有利于寻找合适的半导体材料,诸多优势为有机太阳能的发展提供了广阔的空间。但是目前有机太阳能电池的转换效率十分低,不能满足实用要求。随着有机太阳能电池原理的成熟及异质结器件结构特别是体相异质结在的提出为有机太阳能电池的发展明确了方向。本文从有机光电器件的基本原理出发总结相关的实验数据给出了有机异质结太阳能电池的开路电压方程分析了影响开路电压的一些非理想因素,并就器件的设计及加工过程中减小非理想因素提出了一些看法。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society, much energy source was consumed and the conventional energy sources are at the edge of exhausting. People began to seek the sources which can supersede the conventional energy. Solar energy, one kind of promising energy, has been one of the pop subjects. The research of photovoltaic conversion has made remarkable progress during the past dozens of years and the solar cells has been widely applied in each domain. Organic solar cells bear the potential for large-scale power generation based on materials that
provide the possibility of flexible, lightweight, inexpensive, efficient solar cells. But up to now the power conversion efficiency anic solars cells are relatively low, and cannot satisfy the request of applications . With the research of PV devices,the theory anic solar cells became mature ,and the present of concept about the bulk heterojunction open a new way for anic PV devices's development. In this article we draw a equation of the open-circuit voltage anic heterojunction solar cells and analyze some non-idealized factors which make the open-circuit voltage different with the ideal one,in addition, gave some views about how to reduce the non-ideal factors.
