摘要
本文针对12层框架办公楼建筑设计时所涉及的问题,依据规范对其建筑功能、结构构件、结构本体进行了设计、计算。该办公楼主体高度50米,建筑主体长90米,主体建筑面积9500平方米。,。建筑设计部分进行了建筑平面,立面及剖面设计,功能分区设计,防火疏散及抗震设计,与周围环境协调设计。设计主要包括建筑和结构两大部分,该建筑上部结构采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,下部采用桩基础。结构设计部分分七部分:梁、板、柱截面尺寸估算;荷载计算;框架侧移刚度计算;横向水平荷载作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算;竖向荷载作用下框架的内力计算;内力组合;配筋计算。抗震设防烈度7度,场地类别II类。
对于水平地震作用采用底部剪力法,对于竖向荷载采用弯矩二次分配法。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of a 12-story office building, the building’s functions, structure elements, structure body are designed depending on the codes. The height of the main body is m, the total length and the building is , the total area is merely 862m2. The height of the first floor is and the standard’ floor’s height is . The design is consist of architecture design and structure design. Architecture design contains plan design, elevation design and section design. Structure design contains seven part: estimation of the size of columns, beams and slabs; putation; the frame side putation; the frame internal forces of the portal frame construction and the side displacement under the horizontal load putation and putation. The poured in place reinforced concrete frame structured and the pile foundation for the main body are adopted. Earthquake resistance intensity is 7th, Level is II kind.
Equivalent base shear method is used and the twice allocation method of moment is used to calculate the vertical load.
