我院建立肿瘤多学科诊疗模式的探讨

摘要肿瘤治疗需要多学科的参与,多学科协作组模式已成为肿瘤治疗的模式和发展趋势。通过对多年来肿瘤多学科
协作建设与发展过程中取得经验的总结和分析,探讨了肿瘤多学科铡乍模式开展的主要形式、收到的效果、提出多学科协作
中存在的问题和未来发展的方向,以促进多学科综合治疗的良性发展。

近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈上升趋势。肿瘤治疗需要领域专家共同讨论决策的平台,也为患者得到更合理的诊治多学科的参与,需要不同学科对肿瘤学专业的共同认识,更意见开辟了路径。专家组成员根据疾病的特点构成不同,主需要学科之间的团结协作。多学科协作组模式已成为肿瘤治要包括肿瘤内科、肿瘤外科,放疗科、介人科、影像专业疗的模式和发展趋势,肿瘤治疗从单一治疗向多学科综合治(放射科、超声科、核医学科)、病理科、心理、护理等专业疗转变。专家。多学科协作组模式把各专业知识、技能和经验的专家北京大学肿瘤医院将开展肿瘤多学科诊疗纳人医院质量 聚集在一起,打破学科之间的界线,通过讨论总结出合理的管
