摘要
本住宅楼施工组织设计位置位于x市禅城区禅港路以西,科海路以南,㎡。该施工组织设计是指针对本住宅楼工程项目,在开工前针对工程本身特点和工地具体情况,按照工程的要求,对所需的施工劳动力、材料,主要机械设备,进行科学的计算,精心对比及合理的安排后编制出的一套文件。主要内容包括工程概况、项目组织机构、施工准备工作、具体施工方法及各种保证措施为主要内容编制出来的施工方案,以指导该工程顺利完成并达成计划目标。本工程的重难点主要有大土方开挖、大体积混凝土施工以及铝模施工。

The main contents include project outline, anization, construction preparation, concrete construction methods and various guarantee measures, which are the main contents of the construction plan to guide the project plete smoothly and achieve the planned objectives. The main difficulties of this project are the excavation of large soil, construction of large volume concrete and construction of aluminum mould.
