摘要
本文的毕业设计主要讲述了办公楼设计。设计的内容包括建筑设计、结构设计两部分。,总建筑面积为4482本建筑主体采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构体系。
本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第轴的计算。首先进行结构布置和选型确定计算单元和计算简图,估算梁柱截面尺寸,计算竖向荷载和水平荷载,其中竖向荷载包括恒荷载和活荷载,水平荷载包括风荷载和地震作用;然后运用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力,运用D值法计算水平荷载作用下的框架内力;接着进行内力组合,并遵循“强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯”的原则进行调整,对梁柱截面配置钢筋,并考虑构造要求;完成主体框架计算后,对局部楼板、楼梯及基础进行设计,最后完成结构施工图的绘制。
本结构设计过程中,严格遵循国家和行业规范标准和要求,参考相关资料,对设计各环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑,满足建筑安全性、适用性和耐久性的要求。通过对办公楼建筑和结构的设计,熟悉了设计的过程,掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法,同时,对所的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。

This paper mainly tells the story of the graduation design office building . The contents of the design include building design, structural design two parts.
