DG接入下的配电网保护方案研究
【摘要】分布式电源接入配电网后,继电保护方案需要调整,本文考虑分布式电源容量和负荷容量相匹配,在规划设计阶段进行有计划的孤岛优化划分;针对不同位置的故障,分析分布式电源对短路电流的影响,并合理?{整保护方案。基于终端之间对等交换实时数据的闭锁式广域电流保护,并使之与重合闸前加速想配合实现故障元件的快速切除。

配电网接入DG后将变成一种遍布电源和负荷的互联网络,配电网的潮流、故障电流及结构都发生了变化[1]。IEEE Standard 1547标准规定:如果故障发生在DG所在馈线,DG应当停止向配电网供电。这样虽然能够消除DG接入配电网后对保护及自动重合闸装置的不良影响,但难以发挥DG的作用。
目前,不少专家、学者对DG接入配网后保护方案的进行了创新性研究[2-3],一般分为两类:一类是输电网的保护方案应用于配电网;另一类是基于目前配网的配置,提出保护整定的新算法,包括采用自适应保护原理、加装方向元件等。第一种保护方案在较高程度上依
