我国目前的红枣去核机械的发展状况比较落后,由于缺少良好的设备,加工手段落后,生产效率低,致使一些地区水果积压腐烂现象,给果农造成很大的经济损失。红枣去核手工作业现在在中国仍然是主要的加工手段,不仅占用大量劳动力、劳动强度大、生产效率低,而且卫生安全得不到有效的保障。本设计主要是为了解决红枣去核作业的劳动强度大,安全卫生,提高生产效率,降低红枣果实破损率,保证红枣产品的质量。因此,小型红枣去核机有很好的应用前景。
本次设计首先,调查了红枣去核机的研究及发展现况;接着,通过现有红枣去核机原理进行分析,在此分析基础上提出了总体结构方案;然后,对各主要机构及其零件进行设计;最后,绘制了本去核机的装配图和主要零件图并采用Pro/E三维设计软件构建了三维模型。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了普通机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD、Pro/E软件,对今后的工作与生活具有极大意义。

Abstract
The jujube go nuclear machinery development is relatively backward, due to the lack of good equipment, processing methods are backward, low production efficiency, resulting in some fruit in backlog rotten phenomenon, cause great economic losses to farmers. Red dates to the nuclear manual work is still the main means of processing in China, not only takes a large number of labor, labor intensity, low production efficiency, and health and safety can not be effectively guaranteed. This design is mainly to solve the labor intensity of red jujube to nuclear work, safety and health, improve production efficiency, reduce the damage rate of jujube fruit, ensure the quality of jujube products. Therefore, the small red dates to the nuclear machine has a very good application prospect.
This design first of all, the research and development status of the red dates to the nuclear machine, and then, through the analysis of the principle of the existing red dates, based on the analysis of the overall structure of the program; then, the main body and its parts design; finally, drawing the assembly drawings and the main parts of the machine and three-dimensional design software Pro/E three-dimensional model.
