DGGE图谱的主成分分析
在Excel表中,,列标为泳道,行标为条带,每个泳道中有条带的表示为1,无条带表示为0。
将每一列中全部为0或全部为1的列删掉,只保留部分为0和部分为1的列
打开SPSS,将1,0数据粘贴到SPSS数据表中,最左面一列表示各个处理
选中数据,点击工具栏中analyse——data reduction——factor
(5)descriptives中选择:univariate descriptives
Initial solution
Coefficients
(6) extraction中选择:
ponents
Correlation matrix/unrotated factor solution
Number of factor:2
(7)Scores…..中选择:
Save as Variables
Regression
(8)点击OK
结果中出现factor1-1,factro2-1,同时在output中记录主成分贡献率
(9)点击工具栏中graphs——Scatter
选择simple,点击define
Factor1-1进入Y Axix
Factor2-1进入X Axix Var00001进入set markers by
点击OK,即出现主成分分析图谱
