Fourth:--The Share Capital of pany is HK$10, divided into 10,000 shares of HK$ each with the power for pany to increase or reduce the said capital and to issue any part of its capital,original or increased, with or without preference, priority or special privileges, or subject to any postponement of rights or to any conditions or restrictions and so that,unless the conditions of issue shall otherwise expressly declare,every issue of shares, whether declared to be preference or otherwise, shall be subject to the power hereinbefore contained.

Preliminary
The regulations contained in Table "A" in the First Schedule to panies Ordinance (Chapter 32) shall apply to pany save in so far as they are hereby expressly excluded or modified. In case of conflict between the provisions of Table "A" and these presents, the provisions herein contained shall prevail.

1. 除非本章程细则明确地将公司条例(第三十二章)的第一附表“A表”,(下称“A表”)所列出的规则排除或修改,否则“A表”所列出的规则适用于本公司。假如“A表”所列规则,与本章程细则,内容互相违背,则以本章程细则内容为标准。
