手术室患者发生压疮的相关因素及护理措施的研究

【摘要】目的:了解手术室患者发生压疮的相关因素及护理措施。方法:查阅文献法。结果:总结手术室患者发生压疮的常见原因并做好压疮的防范措施。结论:压疮重在预防,手术室护士要做好术前评估及术前访视工作,术前为患者提供舒适、安全的环境并安抚好患者紧张的情绪,合理摆放体位及防护用品的使用,器械护士术中要积极配合医生,术后做好交接工作。

【Abstract】Objective To understand the related factors and nursing measures of pressure ulcer in operating room patients. Method to consult the literature method. Results mon causes of pressure ulcers in operating room patients were summarized and preventive measures against pressure ulcers were made. Conclusion The pressure sore is important in the prevention. The operating room nurses should do the preoperative assessment and preoperative visit work, preoperatively provide the patients with fortable and safe environment and soothe the patient’s nervous emotions, and put the body position and the use of protective equipment reasonably , Equipment nurses surgery to actively cooperate with the doctor, after the transfer to do a good job.
