摘要
斗式提升机广泛地应用于建材、机械、有色金属、粮食等各工业部门;应用于在垂直方向内或倾斜角度很小时运送散料或碎块物体。斗式提升机的结构特点是:被运送物料在与牵引件连结在一起的承载构件料斗内,牵引件绕过各滚筒,形成包括运送物料的有载分支和不运送物料的无载分支的闭合环路,连续运动输送物体。驱动装置与头轮相连,使斗式提升机获得动力并驱使运转。张紧装置与底轮相连,使牵引构件获得必要的初张紧力,以保证正常运转。物料从提升机底部供料。斗式提升机对过载较敏感;斗和带易磨损斗式提升机的料斗和牵引构件等部分及头轮,底轮安装在密闭的罩壳之内,减少灰尘对周围环境的污染。
