连续性肾脏替代疗法联合血液灌流治疗老年糖尿病合并多器官功能衰竭的效果分析
[摘要] 目的分析研究连续性肾脏替代疗法联合血液灌流治疗老年糖尿病合并多器官功能衰竭的效果。方法采用简单随机分组的方式将该次研究中抽选的64例老年糖尿病合并多器官功能衰竭患者分为两组,上述患者的入院时间均在2015年7月―2016年9月期间,接受血液灌流治疗的患者为对照组,在血液灌流治疗基础上联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗的患者均为观察组,比较两组患者的各项检测指标水平、急性生理和慢性健康评估系统Ⅱ评分。结果观察组患者的尿素氮水平、血肌酐水平、K+水平同对照组比较,均明显较低,其HCO3-水平则明显较对照组高(P中国论文网/6/view-

Analysis of Effect of Continuous Renal Replacement bined with Hemoperfusion in Treatment of Senile Diabetes and an Failure

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the effect of continuous renal replacement bined with hemoperfusion in treatment of senile diabetes and an failure. �o予所有对照组患者血液灌流治疗,对动脉管使用浓度为5%的葡萄糖注射液充满,避免空气进入至碳罐当中,走完液体。根据碳罐当中所标示箭头的方向对管路进行连接。对整个管路使用肝素和生理盐水进行预冲,随后使用1 000 mL/min生理盐水再次对管路进行预冲,将血泵速度调整为100~150 mL/min。连接过程中应当依据患者的需要给予其首剂肝素和维持量肝素,同时为患者连接好动静脉管路,将血流速度控制为50~150 mL/min,缓慢启动,碳罐下部为动脉端,上部为静脉端。将碳罐在结束时倒转,以100 mL/min以下速度使用空气进行回血,若需要中和鱼精蛋白时,应当取鱼精蛋白溶液经患者的静脉端缓慢注入,随后取盐水向动静脉管推入,在最后使用肝素进行封管操作。观察组所有患者均在上述基础之上开展连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗,患者接受中心静脉置管,将血管通路建立,并且为患者将股静脉置管操作完善,使用Baxter BM25机器作为治疗仪器,使用AV600为滤器,用血液过滤置换液,将换液的速度调整为500 mL/min,血流量控制为200 mL/mi
