葡萄酒贴标机设计
摘要:本设计主要介绍了一种包装机械,贴标机的工作原理及(后标部分)主要零部件的设计过程,对其传动系统进行设计校核,且对本次设计对分瓶供送螺杆进行了详细的计算设计。本次设计主要用于贴圆柱身瓶的纸质标签。本机主要有托瓶台、进瓶星轮、出瓶星轮、前后标签盒等部件。本机的特点是能够完成自动贴标、抚平等工作,生产效率高。主要技术特点:输瓶带与本机同步驱动全自动工作进度控制,胶水薄膜厚度有可调机构控制,无瓶——无胶——无标签电子测距装置。

Abstract:This design is mainly introduced a kind of packing machines, labeling machines and working principle of the (after standard part) of ponents design process, the transmission system design check, and the design of bottle of points for send screw carried on the detailed design calculation. This design is mainly used for cylindrical body bottle of paper put labels. This machine is mainly have TuoPing Taiwan, into the bottle of star wheel, a bottle of star wheel, such parts as before and after the label box. This machine is able plete the characteristics of automatic label, smooth, high production efficiency. The main technical characteristics: lose bottle with the synchronization driver with automatic work schedule control, glue film thickness have adjustable body control, no bottle-without glue-no label electronic location device.

中国是葡萄酒生产大国,葡萄酒总产销量已连续三年位居世界第一,每年保持两位数的递增速度已是不争的事实,这种增长速度预计还将持续一个时期。当然,葡萄酒消费市场的竞争也很激烈,用惨烈来形容恐怕也不过分。实际上这种竞争是一种全方位的、多元化的竞争,排除其他因素,单就外包装而言,其优劣程度有时候也会起到决定成败的作用。这一点已被这个行业的决策者们所认同。而提高包装质量和外观档次,关键的设备当属贴标机。产品外观质量的好坏会直接影响人们的取舍观。因此,
