摘要
本文要完成的是烟盒贴标机的设计,此贴标机属于自动的长方盒贴标机,具有全自动贴标机的效率高,所以有一定的制造和使用价值。
本文主要叙述了烟盒自动贴标机的设计过程,设计思想,工作原理,以及各个结构的组成。本贴标机的主要工作部件有输送机构、放纸机构、压标机构等。
首先按照贴标机的运动特性,设计了两个动力装置,分别给输送机构和贴标机构提供动力,并且对工作机分别进行了输送机构、贴标机构的动力设计。选定合适的步进电机。其次设计各个结构,计算各个尺寸,绘制出贴标机的装配图和零件图。最后,本论文校核了放纸轴和螺栓的强度和刚度,并计算了滚动轴承的寿命。

ABSTRACT
This paper is to pleted in design of cigarette labeling machine, labeling machine belongs to the rectangular box labeling machine, automatic labeling machine efficiency is high, so the manufacture and use of certain value.
This paper mainly describes the design process, the cigarette automatic labeling machine design thought, working principle, the structure position. The main working parts of the labeling machine is conveying mechanism, put paper, label pressing mechanism etc..
Firstly, according to the motion characteristics of labeling machine, two power plant design, respectively, to the conveying mechanism and labeling mechanism provides power, and the work machine are dynamic design of conveying mechanism, labeling mechanism. The proper selection of the step motor. Secondly, the structure design, calculation of the various dimensions, drawing assembly drawing and parts drawing labeling machine. Finally, the paper check paper feed shaft and the bolt strength and stiffness, the service life of rolling bearing and calculation.
