基于快速燃烧的火花点火式沼气
发动机性能试验研究

摘要:国内对火花点火式沼气发动机的研究甚少,生产的沼气发动机在运行中出现热负荷高、可
靠性与经济性差的问题。从分析沼气燃烧特点出发,提出了改善火花点火式沼气发动机性能的
快速燃烧方法,并开发出具有风扇形燃烧室的新型快速燃烧系统。通过快速压缩膨胀机对采用
风扇形燃烧室的 2135 沼气发动机的燃烧过程进行了模拟研究,同时进行了发动机的运行对比试
验。试验研究表明:这种新型燃烧系统对改善火花点火式沼气发动机可靠性与经济性具有明显
的效果。

Abstract : Research on ignited biogas engines is insufficient in our country , which leads to serious problems
of biogas engines such as high heat load , bad reliability and low efficiency. In this paper , by analysing the
characteristics of bustion , a method of fast burning is put forward to improve the performance of
biogas engines , and a bustion system with fan bustion chamber is developed which is
suitable to promote fast burning. bustion process of 2135 biogas engines which have fan - shaped
