【】目的观察热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将240例社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各120例。对照组为头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗,治疗组为在头孢呋辛钠注射液治疗的基础上,加用热毒宁注射液静脉点滴,疗程10 :治疗组为80 % ,对照组为60 % ;总有效率: % , %;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性。在控制体温、呼吸道症状、体征、白细胞恢复天数上,治疗组明显短于对照组。结论热毒宁联合抗菌药治疗社区获得性肺炎,可以提高疗效。【关键词】热毒宁; 头孢呋辛钠; 儿童社区获得性肺炎
