摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,企业对于仓储作业的要求越来越高,但是货物的入库问题也随之变的越来越严重。因此,提高仓储的入库效率是节省库存费用和提高企业竞争力的关键。
在本文中,主要对我国自动化立体仓库的发展现状进行分析,通过回顾自动化立体仓库的发展历史以及现状,来阐述本文的研究目的以及意义。本文主要选取了国内一家小型牛奶生产企业作为研究对象,通过分析其生产的鲜奶入库的现状,利用Flexsim仿真软件对入库流程进行具体的优化和仿真。对不同入库量情况下的系统运行情况进行了分析,得出现有资源配置下的最大日处理能力,接着对系统运行出现瓶颈时的优化方案进行了仿真分析和比较,分析结果表明,仿真优化可以较好的实现企业资源的合理利用。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's economy, Enterprises are increasingly demanding warehousing operations, but the problem of storage of goods also will e more and more serious. Therefore, improving the efficiency of storage and the storage is to save inventory costs and improve petitiveness of key enterprises.
In this article, mainly on the development of automated warehouse to analyze the situation, by reviewing the history of development of automated warehouse and the status quo, to illustrate the purpose and significance of this study. In this paper, a small selection of the domestic milk production enterprises as the research object, by analyzing the status of the production of milk storage, the use of Flexsim process simulation software for specific storage optimization and simulation. The amount of different storage systems in case of operation are analyzed, the allocation of resources drawn under the existing maximum daily processing capacity, then the bottleneck of the system is running programs when the optimization of the simulation analysis parison, the results show that the simulation and optimization can better realize the rational utilization of enterprise resources.
