公共交通枢纽型火车站站前区域规划研究
摘要:近年来,集铁路、城际轨道、城市轨道、公交、出租等多种交通方式于一体的公共交通型铁路客运枢纽快速形成,此类型的铁路枢纽站前广场区域规划问题日益被大家所关注。本文力求通过对嘉兴火车站区域概念规划设计方案的研究与介绍,以及对枢纽内部交通组织的分析研究,为国内其他相同类型的铁路客运站站前区域规划设计提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: in recent years, set railway, the inter-city rail, urban rail, transportation, rental and so on many kinds of transportation in one of the public traffic type of railway passenger transport hub form quickly, this type of railway hub station square regional planning problem is increasingly being all attention. This paper is an attempt to jiaxing railway station by regional concept planning design of research and introduced, and the internal traffic hub of anization studies, and for other domestic same kind of railway passenger station provides reference for the design of the regional planning and using for reference.

沪杭铁路建成通车,嘉兴火车站及周边区域也随之发展,历经近百年的变迁,如今的嘉兴火车站区域在功能、交通、景观、形象等各方面均显露出颓势。作为城市门户,越来越无法体现嘉兴的城市建设水平和历史人文风情。
随着嘉兴南站(高铁车站)的建成,高铁和主要的动车客流都分流到南站,使嘉兴火车站的地位和作用有所减低,但火车站的客流量仍在持续增长中,而且未来城市轨道交通以及可能的城际铁路的设置,还将为火车站区域的发展注入新的活力。

区域条件
嘉兴火车站区域位于老城区以东,南湖的东北侧。基地与老城区隔环城河相望,距离传统的老城商业金融中心仅1公里,基地北侧的中山东路是穿越老城区的十字形主干道之一,区位和交通条件优越。同时,基地西南侧隔甪里街即为南湖风景名胜区,景观条件也十分优良。
