ABSTRACT
tiibiseus syriacus L is a woody plant,which is of value to using in drugs,food,and landscape engineering and as an ornamental plant or fiber Hibiscus s consist of many ponents and acids contents of which for about 13%of Hib/scus Syriacus Lleaves of dried it can be
one ofthe sources ofthe amino acids produces,and it can e one of
main hairdressing shampoo raw material at the same time since it possesses many surface active agents.
Tms paper consists ofthree first and second part deal with
studies on the extraction,purification and determinatton of amino acids from Hibiscus Syriacus ;the third part studies on the preparation ofHibiscus Syriacus .
(1)田1e extraction of amino acids was studied in single
factor experiments,orthogonal design and secondary orthogonal regression revolution method have been used to optimize the processes of
extracting amino acids from Hibiscus 。and the mathematic
model bctween the extracting result and extracting temperature,time, chlorhydric acid concentration,the ratio ofliquid to solid have been built. (2)By Analyzing an impact of pH,quantity of active carbon, stirring time,stirring temperature over the decoloration effect and amino acid loss rate,got optimum decoloration handicraft aS follow:pH , active carbon quantity lg/100ml,temperature 80"C,time ,
the amino acid lOSS rate only had %.but fading rate can reached
%under technologilcal conditions.
(3)1k Amino acids were purified by 732 positive ions exchange optimal technological conditions were found as follow:flow rate 2BV/h,absorbing time 6 2。3 and 3%ammonia solution
