摘 要
铁路货运站多年来一直遵从计划经济时代的作业方式,只是单纯的完成运输任务,服务质量底下,运输附加值收入少。随着铁路引入物流理念,铁路货运站改建成铁路物流中心或者依托铁路新建铁路物流中心可以充分利用现有设备延伸服务,为铁路运输的发展创造新的经济增长点。
本论文阐述了铁路物流中心的定义、国内外的发展现状,提出了铁路物流中心物流作业量预测方法以及物流量构成分析方法,在铁路物流中心规划中对仓库、集装箱堆场、散堆场、其它作业场地、道路、交通流线、生活区域、绿地等进行规划。根据物流量构成确定铁路物流中心的核心功能、一般功能等必备功能,同时根据发展需要选择可选功能。在平面布置时,依据物流量通过相应的计算公式计算出停车场、仓库、仓库装卸站台、绿地、收货场地、发货场地、分拣场地和其它建筑面积等各功能块的大小,以此推算出铁路物流中心的用地规模。然后,根据铁路物流中心的作业顺畅与否来确定各功能区块的相对位置,提出了I型、L型、u型等三种基本布置图和各基本布置图的典型结构图。参考实际的作业需要和不同的用地形状对各功能区块的相对位置进行调整,由此产生不同的平面布置方案。建立铁路物流中心适应性综合评价指标体系对不同方案进行综合评价,由此得出选择的铁路物流中心设计方案的适应程度。

Abstract
For many plying with the operation pattern of planned economy era, railway freight station just finishes simple transportation tasks,low service quality and small transportation additional value。With the introduction of railway logistics,railway freight station rebuiids into 109istics center or makes full use of extending service of existing equipment grounded on newly built railway logistias center in order to create new economic growth point of railway transportation development。
By describing the definition of railway 109istics center and development status quo home and abroad,the article firstly presents operation volume prediction of railway logistics center and structure analysis methods of logistics volume,which provides the programming with different fields in railway logistics planning,such as warehouse,eontainer stack,sporadic stack,other operation field8, road,traffic streaml ine,I iving areas and green-land etc。Accordi ng to logistics volume constituent,essential functions,including core functions and normal ones of logistics center,can be established.
