鸦胆子油注射液联合TP方案化疗治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效观察
【摘要】目的:观察鸦胆子油注射液联合TP方案化疗治疗晚期肺癌的有效性及安全性。方法:选择3-4期晚期肺癌75例,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组35例。治疗组给予鸦胆子油注射液联合TP方案化疗,对照组给予TP方案化疗。疗程结束后,比较两组近期疗效,生存质量及不良反应。结果:两组近期有效率差异P<,%,%,%,%,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:鸦胆子油注射液联合TP方案化疗治疗晚期肺癌疗效显著。
