[摘要] 目的:观察全身热疗联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将48例肺癌随机分为治疗组(27例)和对照组(21例)。治疗组采用全身热疗+鸦胆子油乳注射液+对症治疗;对照组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液+对症治疗。全身热疗90min/次,每周2次,8次为1疗程;鸦胆子油乳注射液30ml/每次,静脉点滴,1次/d,10天为一周期,休息2-3天,行第二周期,3周期为1疗程。完成1疗程后分别评价两组的疗效和毒副反应。结果:治疗组在近期的疗效、生活质量、症状改善、(P
