摘要
2009年欧洲主权债务危机起源于希腊,造成欧洲金融市场巨大的震动,对欧元区稳定提出了严峻的挑战。市场普遍担心欧洲主权债务问题可能引发欧元区乃至全球的主权债务危机,影响欧洲乃至世界经济的复苏,出现全球经济的二次探底。这将导致全球经济形势变得更加扑朔迷离,不仅给全球经济复苏带来挑战,而且使得中国经济外部环境的不确性急剧上升。
本文在了解欧洲主权债务危机的基础上,从欧洲主权债务危机的发生演变过程及产生的危害入手,结合国内外相关参考文献,就希腊主权债务危机引发的问题做出分析,为中国如何抵御外来风险,防范经济危机提出建议, 以期对中国经济稳定的未来发展有所帮助。

ABSTRACT
2009 European sovereign debt crisis stemmed from Greece. The European sovereign debt crisis caused great shock of European financial markets and appeared a challenge for the stability of the euro in the area where people using the euro. Markets worried the sovereign debt problems probably lead to sovereign debt crisis in the zone, where the euro was used, even all over the world. The problems may influence the recovery of the economies in European, even over the world. The market may appear the second time of falling down for the global economy. It would lead to global economic situation e plicated and confusing. It not only brought a challenge of recovering the global economies, but also made the uncertainties of China’s economic environment.
In my paper, I understand of European sovereign debt crisis as the basis, I begin writing with a process of development and evolution of European sovereign debt crisis and its damage. I analyze the problems of Greek sovereign debt crisis bing the domestic and the foreign references. In addition, I also make some suggestions, which is that how to defend the external risk and prevent away from the economic crisis. I wish the analysis of the problem and the suggestions can
