摘要
在工业生产过程当中,经常存在一些如温度、流量、液位和速度等连续变化的量。对这些变量的控制已成为当今自动化技术发展的热点。作为控制系统中的一种,水温控制系统在自动化领域有着广泛的应用。基于PLC的水温控制多采用PID控制,PID控制由于结构简单,稳定性好,可靠性高,在工业控制中得到广泛的应用。本文的水温控制采用过程现场总线系统,过程现场总线(PROFIBUS)以其国际化、开放式、高灵活性、高可性等优势,在过程自动化、制造自动化、楼宇自动化等领域内得到广泛的应用。
论文首先详细介绍了西门子PLC-S7300,包括它的硬件、系统结构、重要的模块以及编程软件STEP-7等内容。,包括它的性能特点以及结构等。最后重点阐述了PLC水温定值控制系统的设计。包括上位机的监控组态、下位机的程序以及系统的调试和参数的整定。和STEP7两种软件,软件主要是做监控画面,对现场数据进行监控;STEP7软件设计程序,完成对水温定值控制系统的设计。

Abstract
In the industrial production process, often exist some variables, such as temperature, flow, level and speed of the amount of continuous change. For controling of these variables has e a hot field of automation of technological development. As a control system, automatic temperature control system has wide application..PLC-based PID Temperature Control to use more control of the simple structure, good stability, high reliability in industrial control has been widely used in. This article,temperature is controlled by the process field bus. Process field bus with its international, open, highly flexible, highly sexual and other advantages, in the process automation, manufacturing automation, building automation and other fields are widely used.
First ,this article introduces the details of Siemens PLC S7-300, including its hardware, system architecture, important module, as well as programming software STEP-7 and so on. Followed, this article Introduces the monitoring software, Siemens , including its performance characteristics and structure. Finally, focus on determining the value of design for the three-tank liquid level control system . Including the monitoring of PC configuration, the next-bit machines, as well as the process of debugging and system tuning parameters. There are two software are used in the system,such as the and STEP7 , is done with monitoring software screen and on-site monitoring data; STEP7 designs the process and debugs temperature control system.
