摘要
时间是一种无形资源,但可以对其进行有效的使用与管理。时间管理倾向是个体在运用时间方式上所表现出来的心理和行为特征,具有多维度、多层次的心理结构,由时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感构成。时间是一种重要的资源,作为当代大学生,在进行生涯规划的同时也应注意培养有效的时间管理能力。当今社会竞争越来越激烈,而时间管理策略作为资源管理策略的主要组成部分,能否有效运用是个人赢得胜利的关键。大学生的时间管理是大学生活中重要的成长问题。已有的研究揭示大学生的时间管理倾向可能与其主观生活感受存在密切的联系。大学生的时间管理将直接影响其学业成绩及大学生活质量,也是他们进行职业生涯规划必须掌握的能力。

Abstract
Time is a kind of intangible resources, but can the effective use and management. Time management tendency is individual in use time show on the way of psychology and behavior characteristic, has the multi-dimension and multi-level psychological structure, by the time value sense, time monitoring view and time efficiency are formed. Time is a kind of important resources, as the contemporary university student, in career planning at the same time should also pay attention to develop effective time management skills. In today's society more and petition, and time management strategies as a resource management strategy of ponent, can effectively use is the key to victory. College students' time management is important in college life growing problem. Of the existing research reveals the college students' time management disposition and subjective life feelings may is closely linked. College students' time management will directly influence the academic achievement and university life quality, and also their vocational career planning must master ability.
