随着社会不断进步与发展,人民的生活水平在不断地提高,城镇人口剧增,汽车拥有量日益提高,由于汽车数量的迅速增加,对停车场的需求必将提高,停车难的问题越来越突出。然而地面空间是有限的,特别是对城市已经特别拥挤的地面环境,单城市拥挤的环境已无法提供更多的车位,这就要求车位从地面向空间发展。资料显示全国36个大中城市停车位满足率不足20%,如何良好地解决城市泊、叫车问题,已成为建设一个现代化城市必须解决的课题,因此,车位的空间设计技术就不得不引起人们的注意,车库的合理设计以及怎样控制是设计者最需要考虑的问题。双层立体停车库就是在这种打背景下产生的,该种类型的停车库车位需要完成上下移动和左右移动,这需要一个很好的控制技术,设计者应该根据不同的要求来设计控制系统,以执行一系列的操作。本设计就是针对车库能很好运行来设计的,用PLC来控制,停车库中每一个地面停车位都要有一个停车架,停车库的下层装有可以动的停车地板。在存、取车时,上停车地板仅作垂直升降运动,下停车地板制作水平移动。呼叫车时,下排车位只需直接将车子开出即可,如要呼叫上排车位车子,只要按下1至3的按钮,再按下【叫车】按钮,则所按车位将降至下层,而下排车位将左右移动,让出位置让上层车位降下。控制部分采用继电接触器控制或者采用PLC控制,例如叫1号车只需判断4有、无车,然后根据存车状态,利用系统对地面车左右动作,1车再垂直下移,实现自动叫车。
