基于ANSYS的人字架的优化设计
[摘要]:有限元法是一种离散化的方法来描述数学表述中的连续体问题。它是随着电子计算机的发展而迅速发展起来的一种现代计算法,是20世纪50年代首先在连续力学领域—飞机结构静、动态特性分析中应用的一种有效地数值分析方法,随后很快就广泛地用于求解热传导、电磁场、流体力学等连续性问题。
本课题将有限元法与优化技术有机的结合起来,对人字架结构进行分析和优化设计。优化设计的基本原理是通过优化模型的建立,运用各种优化方法,在满足设计要求的条件下迭代计算,求得目标函数的极值,得到最优化设计方案。人字架的优化过程中,采用的是一阶优化方法,其中设计变量是人字架的高h和钢管的平均直径D,约束条件即状态变量是钢管的许用压应力和失稳临界应力,目标函数是人字架的总重量。通过对优化问题的分析,建立参数化模型、求解及优化设置,可以发现ANSYS软件分析的结果与理论计算情况基本一致。
利用ANSYS对人字架进行优化设计,整个建模、分析过程充分说明ANSYS软件为人字架的结构设计提供了可靠、高效的理论依据,并为以后相似问题的分析设计提供了参考。
