[摘要]:本毕设课题将ANSYS有限元法与优化设计技术有机的结合起来,对人字架结构进行有限元分析和优化设计。优化设计的基本原理是通过参数化模型的建立,运用各种优化方法,在满足设计要求的条件下迭代计算,求得目标函数的极小值,得到最优化设计方案。本课题采用的是一阶优化方法,迭代次数为30,其中设计变量是人字架的高度h和钢管的平均直径D,约束条件即状态变量是钢管的许用压应力和失稳临界应力,目标函数是人字架的总重量。通过对优化设计问题的分析,建立参数化模型、求解、后处理及优化设计,可以发现ANSYS软件分析的结果与理论计算结果基本一致。
利用ANSYS对人字架进行优化设计,整个建模、分析过程充分说明ANSYS软件为人字架的结构设计提供了可靠、高效的理论依据,并为以后相似问题的分析设计提供了参考。

Abstract:This subject will finish finite element analysis and optimization designing of propeller strut structure with setting the finite element of ansys method and optimization designing of bination. The basic principle of optimization designing is through the optimization model, using all sorts of optimization methods, to meet the design requirements under the conditions of the iterative calculation, obtains the objective function of the bare minimum, gets optimal design. This topic is the first order for optimization method, the iterative times for 30, including design variable is the height of the propeller struct and steel tube of average diameter, constraint state variables of the steel tube is allowable stress and instability critical stress, the objective function is the total weight of propeller struct. Through the analysis of the problems of the optimized design, establish the parametric model, solution, reprocessing and optimization design, can find ANSYS software analysis results and the theoretical results are basically the same.
Making use of ANSYS carries on to the person word excellent turn a design, the whole model, analysis the process well explain that the structure design of the ANSYS software behavior word provided credibility, efficiently of theory basis, and for the analysis design of alike problem hereafter provided a reference.
