摘要
三台矿拥有两层可采煤层,煤厚分别是5m和14m。煤层南北约为5335km,东西约为3028m, km2。。,,。本设计从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守《设计规范》和《煤矿安全规程》。本设计采用单水平立井开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央并列式。采煤方法采用大采高一次采全厚的采煤方法,采煤工艺是综采。工作面支护方式为支撑掩护式支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本次设计是三台矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个安全、高效的现代化矿井。

Abstract
The Santai mine has two layers of coal layer. Coal thickness is 5m and 14m, respectively. The distance from north to south of seam is about 5335km. The distance from east to west of seam is about 3028m. Area of mine is approximately km2. The average inclination is degree. Industrial reserves is 385 million tons. The design reserves is 371 million tons. The recoverable reserves is 344 million tons. The design from all aspects is mine development, mining, transport, ventilation, upgrade and face mining methods described in detail. Design in pliance with the "design specifications" and "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". This design uses single-level vertical shaft development. The main shaft hoist with skip. The auxiliary shaft hoist with cage. Roadway arrange. centralized. Ventilation is the central parallel. Mining method is large mining height mining at one time full thickness. The mining process is fully mechanized mining. The face support is support and shield type support End support use end bracket. This design is the design of the Santai mines of new wells. Geological data are collected in the practice mine. Under the guidance of the instructor , I use rationally the accumulated knowledge on the usual and the classroom. And find relevant information and documentation. Strive to design a safe, efficient and modern mine.
