中小型B2C型电子商务企业的成本分析及对策研究
摘要
电子商务是21世纪新的经济增长点,预示着未来经济的发展方向,且因为它具有潜在的增长性而日益受到企业的高度重视。它与传统商务相比具有许多优势,给企业带来了巨大的商机,许多企业都开始涉足电子商务。但在企业的实际运作中,人们往往只看到电子商务的优势,却比较容易忽视电子商务的成本,忘记了电子商务使交易形式由实体市场转为虚拟市场导致的交易成本的变化。而企业成本得不到有效控制,由此造成了许多企业涉足电子商务后苦撑危局甚至倒闭的后果。本文一方面分析我国中小企业发展电子商务成本的结构、构成和无形成本等的主要问题,深入分析这些成本的存在意义和价值;另一方面主要是针对前者分析的现状和存在的问题提出相应的解决方案,为改善我国中小企业电子商务的良好发展提供一个参考方案。

Cost Analysis and the Countermeasures of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise B2C merce
Abstract
merce is the 21st century new economic growth point, indicates the future direction of the economy, and because it has the potential growth and increasingly being enterprise highly valued. pared with the merce has many advantages, to bring enterprise of big business, many enterprises began dabbling in merce. But in the enterprise of practical operation, people often see only merce advantage, but relatively easy to ignore the cost of merce, forget the merce make trade form from entity market turns to virtual market transaction cost changes. And enterprise cost effective control, which can cause a lot of firms are involved in merce and closing strove crisis after the consequences. This paper analyzes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises on merce structure, composition and cost of the main problems such as intangible costs, in-depth analysis of the existence of these costs meaning and value; On the other hand is mainly aimed at the former analysis on the current situation and existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding solutions to improve the small and medium-sized enterprises of the good development of merce provides a reference solution.
