摘要
随着社会和科技的发展,对机械零件的精度和表面质量要求越来越高,各种高硬度材料的应用日益增多,磨床的使用范围日益扩大。,在精密加工当中,有许多零部件是通过精密磨削来达到其要求的,而精密磨削加工会要在相应的精密磨床上进行,因此精磨磨床在精密加工中占有举足轻重的作用。此外,对磨床的环保要求越来越高,绝大部分的机床产品都采用全封闭的罩壳,绝对没有切屑或切削液外溅的现象。本文主要研究的是大直径滚筒外圆专用磨床的导轨设计和磨头设计,导轨和磨头的设计影响磨床的精度,设计时,必须从实际情况出发,有机地结合各种导轨和主轴箱形式,力求设计出结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、调整维修方便的导轨和合理的主轴。
