汽车安全装置的应用现状与分析
摘要

从18世纪汽车诞生以来,汽车对促进社会的进步,提高大众的物质和精神生活的水平都起到了非常重要的作用。但是随着世界汽车工业的不断发展,汽车保有量迅速的增加,随之而来的汽车安全事故,环境污染及能源的消耗,特别是汽车安全问题,已经越来越的严重,已经对社会和人身财产安全造成了严重的危害。
目前,全球道路安全形势十分的严峻,全世界每年因死于车祸的人数已经达到120万人,伤残5000万人,直接的经济损失已经达到5000多亿美元。据预测,到2020年,道路交通死亡人数将达到234万人,道路交通死亡人数在人类死亡和致病原因中排名第三,加强道路安全管理和汽车自身的安全的研究,预防交通事故,是需要全社会共同关注和改善的重要课题。
虽然我与先进的国家相比还有一定的差距,但是政府一直对汽车的安全,环保和节能给予了高度的重视,并制定了一系列的法律法规。而且汽车工业产业政策明确规定对汽车产品实行国际通行的形式认证制度,以推动汽车安全性的提高。“九五汽车工业发展纲要”明确的提出了提高汽车安全性的目标和措施,包括采用ABS和安全气囊等。然而因为我们还和国外发达国家有一定的差距。因此学习外国经验,吸收消化引进的先进技术,创造性地开发我们自己的安全性、低污染、低耗能的产品是当务之急。

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF THE APPLICATION OF AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY DEVICE WITH ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
From 18 actual cars, cars since in promoting the progress of the society, improve the public the level of material and spiritual life has played a very important role. But as the world the continuous development of auto industry, auto possession, along with the rapidly increased automotive safety accidents, environmental pollution and energy consumption, especially automobile safety issues, has been more and more serious, already on social and personal property safety caused serious harm.
At present, the global road safety situation is very serious around the world every year because of the number of died in a car accident has reached million people and disable 50 million people, direct economic losses have reached 50 billion dollars. It is predicted that by 2020, road traffic deaths will reach 234 million, road traffic deaths in human death and causes of road safety ranked third, strengthen management and car own safety research, prevent traffic accidents, is the need to improve the whole society to care and an important issue.
