摘要
机械的种类是五花八门十分繁多,常见的机械有动力机械、生产机械、起重运输机械、建筑机械、矿山机械、林业机械、农业机械等等。随着科学技术的发展,各类生产机械的数独和精度要求越来越高,同时要考虑环境保护、节省原材料、节约能源,而许多机械设计采用机、电或机、电、液的一体化以满足自动化生产的新要求。一批又一批的新机械不断涌现。
尽管各种机械的结构和用途多种多样,千差万别,但大体上均由四部分组成:动力机、传动系统、执行机构和操纵控制装置。此外,为保证机械正常工作还设有一些辅助装置,如润滑、冷却、安全保护,级数及照明装置等。由此本次所设计的糕点切片机采用先进合理的机械结构,所切糕点厚薄自由可调节,如:切深度,只要调节螺杆即行,都能按各自要求进行调节,从食品接触部位,全部采用进口不锈钢材料,既清洁又卫生。
