您好!感谢您选用湖北华宁防腐技术股份有限公司的衬胶产品。为保证衬胶设备的完好性和使用寿命,特向您提供安装维护保养说明:In the first instance we would like to thank you for that you made your decision on using a rubber lined product of Hubei Huaning Anticorrosion Technology Share Co., Ltd. We provide you with this Installation and Maintenance Manual to keep the rubber lined equipment in good condition and ensure its service life.
衬胶设备严禁电焊、氧焊施工及在室外高温暴晒,如果不能避免电焊、氧焊作业时,需采取特殊防护措施,方可施工。It is prohibited to carry out electric welding and oxygen welding on the rubber lined equipment and expose it to direct sunlight under high temperature condition. If electric welding or oxygen welding is necessary, special protection measure shall be taken before the operation.
在衬胶设备上安装、检查时必须穿软底鞋,并应防止梯子、脚手架及其它工具或硬物刮碰衬胶层。It is a must to wear shoes with soft bottoms when installing or checking up on the rubber lined equipment and to prevent ladder, scaffold, other tools or hard objects from scraping the rubber lining layer.
衬胶设备要轻装轻放,严禁粗暴作业,防止剧烈震动、敲击与刮擦。吊装时,使用吊绳定位起吊,不得与衬胶面接触,需要具备隔离防护,不得使设备产生局部变形而导致橡胶层损坏,起吊工具不得碰伤衬里层,对外部衬胶的设备应采用软绳吊装,以防止损坏衬胶面。The rubber lined equipment shall be loaded and laid down carefully and
