摘要
随着经济的发展,环境恶化程度加深,作为经济活动的一部分,物流活动同样面临环境问题,需要从环境的角度对物流体系进行改进,形成绿色物流管理系统,就是21世纪的新的物流管理趋势。本文分析了绿色物流的三大理论基础,并从政府和企业的角度提出实施绿色物流管理的诸项措施。

Abstract
With the development of economy, environment deterioration degree deepens,as part of economic activities, logistics activities also facing environmental problems, need to improve the logistics system from the environmental point of view, the formation of green logistics management system in twenty-first Century, is the new trend of logistics management. This paper analyses thethree basic theory of green logistics, and puts forward several measures to implement the green logistics management from the perspective of the government and enterprises. again.
