对比分析吻合器痔上粘膜环切术与传统痔疮切除术治疗痔
疮的临床疗效

【】R的:比较分析采用吻合器痔上粘膜环切术与传统切除痔疮治疗痔疮的临床结果。方法:选择2014年12月至2015年2月來我院治疗的痔疮患者50例为该试验的探宄对象,将患者采用随机方式分为观察组与对照组,每组 25例患者,对照组患者采用普通的切除痔疮手段,而观察组患者采取吻合器痔上粘膜环切治疗手段。然后观察两组患者的不良反应率以及有效率。结果:观察组患者在治疗后不良反应率明显低于对照组,而观察组的有效率明显高于对照组, 两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:在采用吻合器痔上粘膜环切手段后,患者在治疗后的不良反应明显减轻,病情也得到很好地缓解,安全性极高,值得医疗界应用与推广。
