摘要
牛磺酸是人体必需的一种氨基酸,它的化学名称为2一氨基乙磺酸。牛磺酸以游离的形式存在动物机体中,除牛胆汁外,还广泛存在于牡蛎、墨鱼、海蛎等海洋生物中。牛磺酸对促进大脑发育、调节神经传导,维持正常的心脏、肝脏、内分泌系统的功能等具有独特的生理及药理作用。牛磺酸已被广泛的应用于食品添加剂、医药及洗涤剂等行业。目前,国内外对牛磺酸的提取多采用化学合成法,合成法总的来说,均具有原料毒性大,工艺操作复杂,生产设备投资高,环境污染等问题。因此,从海洋生物中提取牛磺酸长期以来一直是人们关心和研究的热点。
本文以海洋生物鱿鱼为原料,采用水煮法对牛磺酸的提取工艺进行了研究,利用分光光度法测定了鱿鱼中牛磺酸的含量,并通过正交正交实验确定最佳工艺条件,即提取温度90℃,提取时间60min,料液比1:5,提取次数1次。。

Abstract
Taurine is an essential amino acid in human body, its chemical name is 2- amino ethyl sulfonic acid. Taurine in the free form in animal body, in addition to bile, also exists in a wide range of oysters, cuttlefish, oyster and anisms. Effect of taurine on the promotion of brain development, adjust nerve conduction, maintain a normal heart, liver, endocrine system function and other unique physiological and pharmacological action. Taurine has been widely used in food additive, medicine and detergent industry. At present, domestic and foreign to the extraction of taurine by chemical synthesis, synthesis method in general, have the toxicity of raw materials, production process plicated operation, high equipment investment, environmental pollution and other issues. Therefore, in anisms from the extraction of taurine has long been concerned and researched by people.
In this paper, a marine biological squid as raw material, adopts the water boiling method on taurine extraction and analysis methods are studied, and by orthogonal orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal process conditions, namely the extraction temperature of 90 degrees,60min,extraction time, solid-liquid ratio1:5,1 times the number of extraction. Under the optimum conditions the extraction of taurine amounted to / g.
