摘要
减速器是原动机和工作机之间独立的闭式机械传动装置。用来降低原动机转速或增大转矩,满足工作机的需要。由于减速器具有结构紧凑,传动效率高,传动准确可靠,使用维护方便等优点,故在工矿企业及运输,建筑等部门中运用极为广泛。
本课题从机械设计出发,以减速器三维精确建模为重点,详细介绍Unigraphics NX的草图功能、特征造型功能,基本三维建模过程,简单介绍其实体装配功能。UG作为一款CAD/CAM/CAE设计软件中的佼佼者,它包括了世界上最强大、最广泛的产品设计应用模块,具有高性能的机械设计和制图功能,为制造设计提供了高性能和灵活性,以满足客户设计任何复杂产品的需要。熟练掌握其基本功能的使用,对于我们机械设计专业的学生是有着非常好的作用的。 ANSYS软件是大型通用有限元分析软件,ANSYS的前处理器中有建模功能,但由于直接在ANSYS软件中建立精确的齿轮齿廓比较困难。本文是应用ug软件绘制出齿轮,把其导入有限元析软件ANSYS中,在ANSYS中进行减速器零部件的有限元分析。
