中药药剂新剂型研究进展
摘要 :随着现代制药设备的引进和新技术的应用, 中药新剂型的研究和发展极为
迅速,使一批现代中药新剂型显现。 在中药新剂型的研究中, 既要注意传统剂型
的改进,又要注意应用西方医药技术。 本文对近些年的几种中药新剂型的发展做
了简单综述。

Abstract: With the introduction of modern pharmaceutical equipment and the
application of new technologies, the research and development of traditional Chinese
medicine of new dosage form are very quickly, there are a number of modern Chinese
medicine new dosage forms. In the study of traditional Chinese medicine new dosage
form, it is necessaryto pay attention to the improvement of the traditional dosage
forms, and pay attention to the application of Western medicine technology. In this
paper, the recent development of several new dosage forms of Chinese traditional
medicine were made a simple summary.

中药是中华民族的瑰宝。古人认为: “汤者荡也,去大病用之。散者散也,
去急病用之。丸者缓也,不能速去之。

正确选取中药制剂, 以增疗效。 我国对中药新药的发展和创新已经做了大量有意
义的研究和探索,取得了重要的成就。 ,
要遵循达到三效 ( 速效、高效、长效 ) 、三小 ( 剂量小、副作用小、毒性小 ) 、五方
便 ( 生产、运输、储藏、携带、使用方便 ) 为目的的原则

大、黑”的落后面貌。 更重要的是选择剂型要依据疾病性质的不同和药物自身的
理化性质、药物性能来确定。
在 2001-2002 年研发的 200 多个个中药新药中, 剂型相对集中, 大部分为硬
胶囊、颗粒、常规片剂和注射剂等。 软胶囊、 滴丸、膜剂、巴布剂、 微囊、微球、
脂质体、气雾剂等新型剂型较少,传统的膏丹丸散更为少见
