摘要
随着全球一体化进程的不断加快以及新科技革命的不断进步,工作压力已经成为一个全球性的社会问题。联合国在一份报告中称工作压力已经变成了“21世纪的流感”。由于煤矿工作环境、工作性质的特殊性,长期以来矿工的压力一直被忽视。近年来,矿难由过去的小矿小难转变为大矿大难。据大量事故案例分析表明:90%以上事故发生在班组,80%以上事故是由于违章指挥、违章作业和设备隐患未能及时发现与消除等人为因素造成的,即人的不安全行为引发了事故。深入研究不安全行为背后的心理因素及其控制途径,从根本上排除不安全行为的“心理隐患”, 缓解矿工心理压力,可减少压力过大造成的安全事故,化解潜在风险。本文从压力源出发,结合心理学、管理学等知识对煤矿企业员工的心里压力、情绪及习惯的相关因素进行了分析,得出煤矿企业员工压力管理的措施建议。
