摘要:目的总结河南省全球基金疟疾项目前期进展情况,为科学实施消除疟疾行动计划以及开展考核评估提供依据。方法收集整理2010~2011年各项目县疟疾防治工作资料,汇总分析。结果项目启动以来共完成“三热”病人血检801389例,治疗疟疾病人和疑似疟疾病人4611人次,开展主动病例侦查11036次,疫点处理1546个,各级项目督导4102次。结论项目的实施推进了疟防工作的开展,为如期实现消除疟疾目标创造了良好的条件。

Interim report of malaria control in Henan province supported by China Program for the Global Fund. QIAN Dan, SU Yun-pu, DENG Yan,etal. (Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Henan Province, Zhengzhou 450016, China)
Abstract: Objective To summarize the global fund to Fight Malaria in Henan district and provide scientific evidence for Henan to implement the elimination of Malaria Action Plan as well as carry out examination and evaluation. Methods Data on malaria prevention work in 90 counties during 2010-2011 were collected and analyzed; measures and effects of malaria control were evaluated. Results During the project implementation, totally 801389 febrile patients had been blood smear examined; 4611 malaria cases and suspected cases had been treated; 11036 active case detections, 1546 IRS and 4102 M&E activities had been conducted. Conclusion Works of malaria control are developed by carrying of the program, which will create favorable conditions for achieving the goal
