摘 要
随着大城市交通问题的突出,建设综合性的城市客运枢纽,进行有效的交通流的集散和交通方式的整合,是解决大城市交通拥堵的一个有效措施,也是目前许多大城市交通设施建设的一个趋势。如何测度和评价城市客运枢纽的综合性能,以指导决策和实施,是城市客运枢纽规划与建设中亟待解决的问题,本文对此进行了探讨。
论文对城市客运枢纽进行了分类和分级,分析了城市客运枢纽在规划建设以及使用中的备种影响冈素,从影响枢纽的四个方面,即:“交通功能影响”、“社会功能影响”、“社会经济影响”和“环境影响”.分别选取评价指标并进行筛选,建立了适合城市客运枢纽综合性能评价的指标体系,应用层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合评价方法和数据包络分析方法(DEA)分别对客运枢纽进行评价,提出各种方法的适用情况,并根据评价结果对客运枢纽提出改进猎施。
本文首次建立了全面的城市客运枢纽的综合评价指标体系,并对相关指标进行了量化,将带有 AHP约束的DEA评价模型运用于客运枢纽的综合评价当中,充分反欧枢纽的规划与建设方案评价当中各决策部门的偏好,为决策提供依据。
文末,以沈阳市四个客运枢纽为例,给出综合评价的计算示侧。

Abstract
With more and more serious that urban traffic problem gets,to build integrated passenger transference hubs for urban inbound/outbound and inner traffic modes changing es an effective way to alleviate the it is also atrend ofcity traffic the dissertation researches on the urgent issue ofthat way,which is how to measure and evaluate performances ofthe hubs.
Based 00 classi母ing the hubs and analyzing the influent factors that are met with in the course of hubs’planning and running,this dissertation sets up an which suits血e evaluation of their performances by choosing and filtering factors from four aspects,namely influence of traffic performance, influence munity function,influence of economy and benefit and influence of
methods,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),fuzzy synthetic evaluation and the data envelopment analysis (DEA),are applied in evaluation of in this paper,the conditions which the methods can be betfer practiced and the measure for improving based on the results ofevaluation are both defined.
This paper puts forward a new evaluation index-system of urban passenger transference hub,and indexes concerned are quantified a DEA model with AHP restriction is practiced in the evaluation in the research.
