摘要:
循环冷却水在使用之后,水中的Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-等离子,溶解固体和悬浮物相应增加,空气中污染物如灰尘、杂物、可溶性气体以及换热器物料泄漏等,均可进入循环冷却水,使循环冷却水系统中的设备和管道腐蚀、结垢,造成换热器传热效率降低,过水断面减少,甚至使设备管道腐蚀穿孔。要解决循环冷却水系统中的这些问题,必须进行综合治理。采用水质稳定技术,用物理与化学处理相结合的办法控制和改善水质,使循环冷却水系统中的腐蚀、结垢、微生物污垢得到有效的解决,从而取得节水、节能的良好效益。

Abstract
In the use of cooling water, water Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Cl-plasma, dissolved solids and the suspension of a corresponding increase in air pollutants such as dust, debris, gas and heat exchanger soluble materials such as leakage, can enter the cycle of cooling Water, cooling water system of equipment and pipeline corrosion, scaling, resulting in heat exchanger efficiency, reduce cross section, even the equipment pipeline corrosion perforation. To solve the cooling water systems in these issues, the need prehensive management.
