典型案例在消化内科实践教学中应用与研究

[摘要] ①目的实践教学中结合典型案例讨论是目前在众多医学院校中采用的颇受学生欢迎的方法,能够在实践中培养学生的素质和自主学习精神,从而提高学生的临床思维和实践能力。②方法采用2009年2月至2011年2月间在消化内科分批进入临床实习的本科生分为两组,进行实施对照研究。③结果两组实习生分批进行考试,取得了差异性成绩。④讨论重点阐述结合典型案例讨论教学法实施的意义,该法在消化内科实习教学中应用的策略。

The Practice Teaching and Research of Typical case in application of Gastroenterology

[ABSTRACT] ①Objective: Practice teaching with discussion of typical cases is used in many medical schools in the popular way to e students, students can practice the quality and spirit of independent study to improve their clinical thinking and practice skills. ②Methods: By February 2009 to February 2011 entered between the batches in the clinical practice of gastroenterology is divided into two groups of undergraduates, for the implementation of the control study. ③Results: Two interns test batches, differences in results obtained. ④Discussion: Focuses on a typical case discussion teaching method with the significance of the implementation of the method in the application of gastroenterology practice teaching strategies.
