【】目的观察探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床效果,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2008年11月至2010年11月39例通过PF化疗2 周后失败的晚期食道癌患者,改用TP治疗方案,治疗3个月后观察近期疗效与毒副反应。结果39例患者中CR12例,PR10例,SD/PD17例,%。,,。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床效果理想,近期疗效A有较好的效果,其毒副作用少,相对安全可靠,值得临床合理推广。

satisfactory, shortterm effect with good results, its low toxicity, relatively safe, reliable,
